At ANA Concepts each creation is meticulously crafted to the highest standards of artistry and quality. We are committed to delivering an experience that reflects the excellence and integrity of our brand.
Damage Upon Receipt
Should your piece arrive in a damaged or defective condition, we offer a complimentary refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery, subject to verification.
To qualify:
- Notification must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must remain unworn, unused, and in pristine condition, accompanied by its original packaging, documentation, and certificates.
- Supporting photographic or video evidence may be requested to facilitate assessment.
Exclusions
This policy does not extend to:
- Damage resulting from wear, accidental impact, alteration, or improper handling.
- Claims submitted beyond the 14-day timeframe.
- Bespoke, engraved, or made-to-order pieces, except in cases where the item was received damaged.
Resolution
Upon confirmation:
- A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment, or
- A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost, according to your preference.
All shipping and handling costs associated with approved claims will be fully covered by ANA Concepts
